3 of 3 parts quotable, source attached. This is the shape of a page assistants can quote.

A demonstration of which page parts an answer can be built from. Real assistants weigh many sources and change their answers; nothing here calls an AI service, and your question stays in your browser.

How an AI search review runs

Measured on the same questions before and after, so you can see what changed rather than take my word for it.

  1. 1

    Question set

Twenty questions your customers really ask, in Finnish and English.

  2. 2

    Baseline

What ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity say today, recorded with dates.

Key pages opened with the answer: what, for whom, where and from what price.

  4. 4

    Structure

Schema, consistent business details, crawler rules in robots.txt and an llms.txt file.

  5. 5

    Re-check

Questions about AI search

What is generative engine optimisation?

Generative engine optimisation, or GEO, is making your pages easy for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to understand, trust and quote. In practice it means answer-first writing, structured data, consistent business details across the web and open crawler access, built on top of ordinary technical SEO rather than replacing it.

Can you guarantee AI citations?

No. Nobody controls what an assistant says, and answers change between models, sessions and days. What I can do is remove the reasons you are left out: unclear pages, missing structured data, conflicting business details and blocked crawlers. I then check a fixed set of questions before and after and report what changed.

What is the difference from normal SEO?

Normal SEO earns a place in a list of links; GEO earns a sentence inside an answer. The foundations are shared, so crawlable, fast pages and good content still come first. GEO puts more weight on quotable opening sentences, consistent entity details and structured data, and it is measured by checking answers rather than rankings.

When AI search work should wait

GEO sits on top of a working site. Some things come first.

  • 01Your pages are not indexed or load slowly. Start with a technical SEO audit; assistants cannot quote what crawlers cannot read.
  • 02You are about to rename the business, move or change prices. Align details once, after the change, not twice.
  • 03You want guaranteed mentions in a named assistant. I cannot sell that honestly, and nobody else can either.
